ZenSmart is a production-floor tool operated by Pictureworks Group Pty. Ltd. ("we", "us") and used by staff of businesses that licence the ZenSmart platform (your employer). We process data on behalf of your employer to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account information: when you log in by scanning your operator card, we process your operator identifier and name so the system knows who is performing scans. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
• Production activity: barcodes you scan, the station and scan type used, and timestamps are recorded in your employer's ZenSmart instance. This is the core function of the product: tracking production work.
• AI Insights: if your employer enables it, questions you type into AI Insights are processed by our AI service to generate answers.

Camera

The camera is used solely to read barcodes, and processing happens on your device. Camera images are never stored, recorded, or transmitted.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no third-party tracking.
• No sale of personal information.
• No collection of your location, contacts, photos, or files.

Retention and access

Production records are retained by your employer's ZenSmart instance under their retention policy. To access, correct, or delete personal information, contact your employer's ZenSmart administrator, or reach us directly below.
